Teams of associates take responsibility for the company's goodwill efforts in all Kmart facilities. These industrious community volunteers organize food donations for the elderly, sponsor Red Cross blood drives, hold bake sales to raise money for homeless shelters, and coordinate countless other efforts for charitable causes such as the March of Dimes, the American Red Cross, and other community organizations across the country.
