Kmart Retail Services 2006 April Updates

 

Overview:

As KRS begins its 3rd full year, we look forward to developing new relationships, while continuing to support our current vendor partners with outstanding customer service and superior store results. In 2006 you will see a new energy and focus aimed at the timely compliance of all KRS projects by our Field Management teams.  Store compliance continues to improve, with a 95% completion rate by the required deadline date and 100% of the stores completed by the end of the next week.

 

Continuity Programs:

We look forward to developing our Continuity Programs with our Vendor partners.    We can provide the following services:

ü Unit Integrity checks

ü Specific day and time implementation

ü Maintenance of SKU's or categories

ü Ownership by store associates

ü Weekly reporting

 

Our Unit Integrity Continuity Program is a win/win situation, for both our vendors and our customers. KRS can provide weekly, bi-weekly or monthly checks to ensure that your merchandise is available and on the shelf for our customers.   Accurate Unit Integrity equates to:  More Sales, Additional Orders and Repeat Customers!!!!!

 

Kmart Retail Services offers – Unit Integrity Checks:

ü Fee $1.50 a SKU

ü Charged only for SKUS that are verified

ü Improves overall replenishment

ü Eliminates negative inventory

ü Can be completed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly

ü RMU is readily available for store associates

ü Provides detailed information to the vendor (see example below)
