Internship Overview
The SLP Internship
During the summer Sears Holdings offers a 10 - 12 week SLP Internship experience. This internship is nearly identical to the SLP full time program in every aspect. SLP Interns are afforded the same executive exposure, networking opportunities, experience working on top company initiatives, and exceptional learning opportunities.
SLP Interns manage transformational projects that have direct business impact and are one of the strategic initiatives for an SHC Business Unit. Program interns roll up their sleeves and take part in transforming the Business Unit and improving its profitability and processes. SLP Interns must be entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented, analytical, strong communicators, and customer focused.
