OVERVIEW

Sears Holdings Corporation (SHC) is focused on hiring the best and brightest talent. As part of this effort, SHC launched the Senior Leadership Program (SLP) in 2006. This program is designed to recruit highly talented MBAs and develop them into corporate assets in senior leadership positions through rapidly accelerated career paths, executive mentorship and structured training and development frameworks. SLP associates work with senior leaders and are expected to lead strategic efforts. SLP associates manage high-priority, EBITDA-generating initiatives from inception to execution, and in doing so, become agents of transformation at SHC.
