In an effort to get to know each of our MBA and undergraduate candidates and minimize any additional stress on top of classes, we want to come to you! Please check our events calendar to see when we’ll be at your campus! Below is a list of possible steps that our college candidates can expect to participate in.

• At each campus, we will mingle with students through events such as career fairs, information sessions, or other various campus activities. Our campus recruiters will accept resumes at each event.
   
• Qualified candidates will be invited to on-campus interviews or 1st round phone interviews conducted by our campus recruiters and/or other Sears Holdings associates.
   
• For internship candidates, a hiring decision will be made after the on-campus or 1st round phone interviews. Each candidate will be contacted regarding a decision. All offers are contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
   
• For full-time candidates, a successful on-campus or 1st round phone screen interview will lead to a 2nd look interview. 2nd look interviews are held on site at our corporate headquarters in Hoffman Estates, IL for corporate positions, and in regional field locations for field positions.
   
• After the 2nd look interviews, all candidates will be reviewed and hiring decisions will be made. Each candidate will be contacted regarding the decision. All offers are contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
