Sears Holdings Corporation is focused on hiring the best and brightest talent and developing this talent into our future business leaders through this challenging yet rewarding opportunity. As a member of the Business Analyst Internship Program, you will be matched into a project-based role in one of SHC’s Business Units. Additionally, you will supplement professional development through various activities, leadership discussions and mentoring. As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for developing insights from data and translating findings into business initiatives that drives impact for SHC.

RESPONSIBILITIES >>
- Analysis: Collaborate with departments across the organization to develop insights based on data analysis. This includes gathering data and developing thoughtful, robust business analyses, as well as analyzing issues, developing insights and formulating data-based hypotheses.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to lead small groups of individuals in support of specific initiatives, fosters teamwork, and works well in a collaborative environment.
- Project Management: Establish and manage timelines, resource needs, costs and risks associated with project completion. Prepare recommendations for financial business cases and presentations for senior management.
