As a member of the Business Analyst Program, you will be matched into a project-based role in one of SHC's Business Units. Business Analysts work in a variety of business functions such as Online, Multi-Channel, Finance, Home Appliances,
Brand Management and Marketing. Additionally, the program provides a cohort experience of professional development through various activities, leadership discussions and mentoring.

RESPONSIBILITIES >>
- Analysis: Collaborate with departments across the organization to develop insights based on data analysis. This includes gathering data and developing thoughtful, robust business analyses, as well as analyzing issues, developing insights and formulating data-based hypotheses.
- Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to lead small groups of individuals in support of specific initiatives, fosters teamwork, and works well in a collaborative environment.
- Project Management: Establish and manage timelines, resource needs, costs and risks associated with project completion. Prepare recommendations for financial business cases and presentations for senior management.
